The Learning Exchange offers several types of membership
Local authorities and councils
FREE Learning Exchange membership
All local authority staff whose work involves improving outcomes for children, young people and families are invited to join the Learning Exchange to take advantage of:
- FREE extra-curricular training and peer-to-peer seminars, which schools and VCS organisation will also attend.
- Access to the VCS search engine to find quality-checked VCS providers of extra-curricular activities.

An important note: some local authorities restrict staff use of social networking sites. If you work for a local authority, or another employer that has such a policy, you can ask us for a letter which verifies that the Learning Exchange is a bona fide website for education professionals, and relates to your work as a children/young people/families practitioner.
