The report that pulls no punches   This recent HoC Education Committee Report: Services for young people Third Report of Session 2010–12 (Volume I) has much praise for youth services and how much value for money they have managed to extract from relatively few resources. It disagrees with the assertion that 'large slugs of public money' have been spent on youth services.
