EMASS ‘Safebase for Schools’ conference

We were delighted to welcome delegates to our free ‘Safebase for Schools’ conference on 24 January 2017, held in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council Adoption Support. The event aimed to provide schools and teaching staff with knowledge, skills and strategies to support adopted children in an educational setting. Read more about the event.

EMASS practice sharing events

As part of the EMASS programme, we are delivering a series of free practice-sharing events between June 2017 and September 2018. These will focus on issues such as:

  • Separation and Loss
  • Promoting Pro-social Behaviour 
  • Managing Anger and Aggression 
  • Presenting a Sensitive Curriculum

EMASS Toolkit

As part of our DfE-funded EMASS project, we will be developing a set of free training resources for schools and other organisations to use with their staff during training sessions (eg INSET, twilight sessions). Find out more.
