About the Learning Exchange
The Learning Exchange is a networking site for anyone who is involved in developing and managing extra-curricular activities and programmes, as well as any other extended or community-focused services and programmes that aim to improve schools, raise learners’ aspirations and improve outcomes for children, young people, their families and communities.
These activities and programmes can be offered in, around or near schools and children’s centres, in sports, health and leisure centres, and in other community facilities. They can be managed and run in partnership by schools, by local authorities, or by organisations in the voluntary and private sectors.

The Learning Exchange is primarily aimed at England-based practitioners and service providers. However, members from Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland, as well as other countries, are most welcome to join and share their experience of turning schools into learning and care hubs in their communities.
